Another area remained steady with 118 sales, where the average price softened to about $635,000 and homes typically spent 60 days on the market. Meanwhile, a third county experienced just 31 sales, but with an impressive surge\u2014average prices climbed to approximately $857,000, marking a month-over-month increase of nearly 27% and an 8% gain year-over-year.<\/p>\n<p>Industry leaders have emphasized that these variations highlight the importance of tailored, market-specific guidance\u2014something I always strive to provide for my clients.
